I've known kay for a short time now and as I'm writing this I'm logged onto the bingo account I registered but this is Fe Help. Kay is a great person to have a convo with I feel like they add a great vibe and personality to the atmosphere whether its just in private chats or public areas of the game. Given the opportunity I think kay would be a good suit for the staff team I think given their experience and playtime their isn't an obstacle kay couldn't overcome. Most of you know me as Kay, or kay g, ive been around runex for a little over a year by now, just hit 1 year playtime. and with that being said i still do enjoy playing the game in itself, but one thing that has kept me around for this long is the community, I try to participate in giving back to the community as much as i can, as for having said that, enjoying the community is one of the few things that has kept me around despite all the fallbacks that ive been through in pursuit of achieving this goal. ive been known to have my opinions, but i believe that ive gone through dramatic life changes since then and have become a more well rounded, level headed individual, and would like to be a greater part of this server and community. As a result of having numerous HC's, I feel like I have a deep understanding of the early game to mid-game grind. Why you should receive the position: During my time with the team from 2021 to 2024, many of you witnessed my progression through the various roles, eventually reaching the position of Super Moderator. Throughout this journey, I made numerous mistakes, each of which served as a valuable learning experience. Over time, I believe I became proficient in my role both in-game and behind the scenes. Unfortunately, I allowed my frustrations to cloud my judgment, and I failed to uphold the respect I have always had for the dedicated team that makes this server unique. This lapse in professionalism led to disrespectful behaviour in-game, and I neglected to consider the consequences, ultimately resulting in my termination as a staff member. This occurred nine months ago, and during this period, I have taken full accountability for my actions. I have reflected on my mistakes, acknowledged my wrongdoing, and worked to improve my conduct and presentation as a regular member of the RuneX community. Why should I be considered for this position again? Frankly, I cannot offer a definitive answer. What I can say is that I am eager to re-engage with the incredible team that shapes this game. I have a deep desire to work alongside the senior team that both challenged me and helped me develop the skills needed to contribute meaningfully to the server’s success, both in-game and behind the scenes. Returning to the team would allow me to continue doing what I once enjoyed so much—supporting the community and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Over the past nine months, I’ve come to realize that it is not about the title or the role you hold; it’s about having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the community in a purposeful way. This is something I’ve missed, and I’m eager to regain that sense of fulfillment. To Ryan, Nate, Ramzi, and James: I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for my actions and the way I presented myself during that time. I deeply regret the way I behaved, and I hope to rebuild your trust and, by extension, the trust of the community. To Raw/Espen: Thank you for your efforts in developing and nurturing the team, creating an environment that feels like a family. I recognize that disagreements and challenges are inevitable, but it is your leadership that has made this community what it is. I am truly sorry for any harm my actions may have caused. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to have the opportunity to contribute once again.
