Hey there @Dragon Paws Unfortunately I don't think that you would be a fit for the team currently. While yes, we do need somebody that is AUS based or in that general time zone, we manage just fine currently. That being said, one of the reasons I don't believe you would be a fit are because you don't handle pressure very well. There have been numerous occasions where you've come to staff and when you didn't get the answer you liked it's seemingly "the end of the world." As a staff member, there will be times where you'll be put in uncomfortable situations with players and have to make decisions that aren't always going to put you in a favorable light with those same players. Another reason is that you sometimes try and play both sides of a coin. What I mean by this is there has been at least one occasion where you were a part of 1 group and then bs'd them for another group that you were actually a part of the whole time, essentially spying. Sure, this was PvP related but it's a huge trust factor for the staff team to be able to trust that you are able to be a team player and have our backs if need be. We also need to be able to trust that nothing will be leaked etc. Please don't take any of this the wrong way either. This is just criticisms based on things I've personally seen and among some things you need to work on to build trust with people. I'd hope you continue to work on things and then apply at a later date.

Hey @My Milk Unfortunately every time you post an application I never really see you doing much in-game that shows me you're helping others or actually wanting to go for the position. This could be due to timezones or another issue altogether but i'd hope to see more from you.

After looking into this report it seems he was trying to say "business" No action has been taken from this report.

This is a PVM server mate. We don't need wilderness content every update.

My opinion is pretty much the same as RogueMX's up there. You haven't been in this community long enough or given a single effort to be warranted a shot at becoming a server support here. That aside, being staff on another server doesn't mean much to us. Showing your efforts by helping in the community, being a genuine person and going above and beyond for people are some of the qualities we're looking for. You should get better known in our community before you try and apply for a staff position and get a general feel for how things work here. it's a -1 from me.

You've done nothing in the community as of late (let alone are active) that makes me think you're serious at all about this application, nor does this application look like you care at all due to the last statement you've made. Locking and moving to expired.

As a staff member here we are a team. We are all equals in importance and we all do the best we can. You saying you do more than us when you're not even on the staff team makes me think you're not a very good team player. We all answer questions in pm's, help cc, public etc. Saying you answer more questions than any staff member shows you are a bit arrogant. There are many times that staff aren't able to answer questions because in the help cc, people are generally fast fingered in their responses. Helping out and answering questions isn't a d*ck swinging contest. We do it because we enjoy helping new and returning players alike. After seeing Vise's comment last night I wanted to see how you dealt with criticism and from the comment quoted above it's just a -1 from me. Good luck on your application.

I have never seen you in-game or even helping yet you claim you're "very active in the community" You say in your time played you have gathered a lot of information to help people but I really just don't see it considering you've only got 8 logins Being staff on another server is great and all but the fact that you said you were demoted because you left that game for Runex doesn't show stability by any means. It shows me that you up and left your responsibilities from that server. I'm going to have to -1 this application simply because it looks like you've lied on it. Nonetheless, good luck on your application.

Gwd is useful for runecoins as well. Crests were moved to a lot of other places in the game that aren't AFK. The thing we're moving away from is afking be super profitable. Previously GWD was being afk'd by people on 3 accounts pretty much every day. This update changes that and crest pieces were moved to more un-afk content. Not having superiors unlocked doesn't change the fact that it's a mid-tier boss that drops tier 70 equipment. It shouldn't be afk farmable for top tier gear. Scythe "nerf" you'll barely notice. In regards to the accessories, Master luck and Regular luck are different accessories so you won't see diminishing returns unless you have the same of each.

Unfortunately, there's not really much here in this application to go by. It's good that you want to be a moderator and that you like helping people but you need to get yourself out there more in the community. I haven't heard of you before this application and I haven't at all seen you active in the chat helping in-game. All in all, you need to work on getting a foothold in-game and getting known by the community at least before you're taken seriously. It's a -1 from me. Good luck with your application.
