I won't be able to give you my full +1 yet, but I can't -1 you either. First off, yes I agree you can be pretty helpful at times, but for the most part, I just don't see you enough in game. And I'm not just talking about you being online, because I do notice you online a lot of the time, but I just don't see your name in chat regularly enough. Secondly, your forums activity is very low. This can be worked on and improved on, but you need to show that you do frequent the forums and check out posts, leave your feedback, etc. etc. I believe you could be a good candidate for the position, but I'd like to see your improve before I'm able to give my full support.

Sorry, but it's a -1 from me. You've been quite toxic towards myself and other players, even warranting a mute on two separate occasions, where you have either said "Fuck you Ralph" or called me a bitch. I don't doubt that you have a great amount of game knowledge, I just don't see you help a lot personally. Like others have said your forums work ins't great either. I understand you can improve that over time, but as of now it's not up to par. The main reason I'm -1'ing your support is because of this statement. Like Raw said, there's a lot of stuff that goes on outside of the game (tickets and discord help). Just because you don't see a staff member in game very often, it doesn't mean they aren't a good staff member. Also take in to account time zones, other staff members might be asleep when you're online. Sorry, but better luck next time if you decide to apply in the future.

One of the more knowledgeable and helpful players on the server. Like Lava mentioned, I can definitely tell you've changed from when you first started playing. I can tell you are very dedicated as you are online almost always. I'd definitely give you the big ol' +1. Best of luck.

I think the majority of people who've already commented have said what I was going to say already. In short, it's a no from me. I've noticed you be quite toxic at times, especially at ::gamble. I don't see how it's possible for you to vouch for a flame-free RuneX, when you're quite toxic yourself. Even if you were to be #reformed, the flaming I've seen from you makes me want to not work along side you as a staff member. Your game knowledge seems to be quite lacking, and this isn't an insult, it's just what I've observed from playing alongside you. I understand this can be improved over time, but as of now, you aren't fit for the server support position. Lastly, your forums account is quite lacking, as you've only started getting active on the forums after your staff application was already posted. Again over time this can improve, but as of now, you aren't fit for staff. Sorry but I'm gong to have to give you a -1.

+1 from me. Like Logical said, you know a lot about RuneX, and you've been here for a long time. You'd make a great addition to the staff team. #MakeThrowyBoisGreatAgain

While having more members on the staff team (especially server supports) would be great, I believe there are many candidates that are more suited for a staff position. It all comes down to the fact that you are very new to the server and from what I've seen you aren't very active in game. However I'm willing to discount this for our differing time zones. Other reasons include your lack of forums activity, and while you might not understand how the staff system works here, it came off a bit cocky and arrogant that you would like to shoot up the ladder and skip server support and even mod and go straight up to being an admin. Sorry but no support from me.
